Tell us your username and, for a problem with an edit, roughly when you made it. We usually answer within two business days.

How do credits work?

Each edit shows a quote before anything is made: the price of each AI step, plus the most the AI editor's time can cost. You approve it, and you're charged for what finishes, never more than the quote. Unused credits from the quote come back to you.

My edit failed. Was I charged?

No. If an edit fails and no video is delivered, its credits come back to your balance automatically.

How do I get a refund for a purchase?

Credit purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too: go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the purchase.

How long does an edit take?

The quote shows an estimate. Simple edits take a few minutes; AI edits usually take 10 to 40 minutes, longer for long videos. You don't need to wait: find it in History, and turn on notifications to hear when it's ready.

How do I report something, or block someone?

Tap the ••• button on a post in the feed, or on an edit someone sent you. Reports come to us, and blocking stops that person from reaching you.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile, then Delete account. This deletes your profile, clips, edits, posts and messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
